Flags of the Nations represented at the Gendai Reiki Network International Conference 2012 in Kyoto

Hiroshi Doi had expressed a desire to find out how Gendai Reiki is practiced in other countries, therefore the international delegates were each invited to make a presentation on behalf of the country they represented.  Those nations that were unable to have a delegate present sent an electronic presentation, and the presentations were played to the attendees.

The countries represented were: Australia, Denmark, France, Italy, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, USA, and the UK.  It was my honour to represent Gendai Reiki Ho in the UK.

After the presentations, the GRN introduced a charter for Gendai Reiki Network International, bearing these words:

• How Reiki is Understood in Gendai Reiki Ho
  Reiki lets all living things live and evolve.

• Reiki is the origin of all the creatures
  Lives are like drops in the sea and connect to each other to form a circle.

•  Reiki fills the Universe
  We can travel the road of Love, Harmony, and Healing by our resonance with Reiki.

•   Use Reiki to create your life
  Realise a life that is peaceful, plentiful, healthy, and filled with joy.

•   Reiki enlightens our lives
  The Universe always raises our consciousness through Reiki.

The overseas delegates were all invited to sign beautifully bound copies of the Charter, which were then presented to us to bring home with us.  We were also invited to sign a globe, indicating the country we represented.

There then followed a time of raising our energy levels through several techniques, led by Doi Sensei, then simultaneous Reiju, where all the Gendai Masters present gave Reiju to the delegates.  The level of Reiki energy in the hall was truly amazing.
