Learn Reiki

Reiki classes are given in a serene and supportive environment. Gendai Reiki Ho was founded by Hiroshi Doi, in a direct lineage from Mikao Usui. Hiroshi Doi is my teacher.

Reflexology treatments work on the reflex points on your feet to bring your body back into balance, and relieve pain. Receiving reflexology is not painful, and is experienced as being relaxing and tranquil.
